  • How do I use mo-joe?

Dialing a London number from your mobile phone will connect you to the mo-joe gateway. You will instantly hear a 'dial tone' just like a normal telephone line. You then proceed to dial your mobile destination beginning with the digits 00 followed by the country code and the telephone number.

  • How can I automate dialling from my mobile?

Simply modify your address book for each international number to include the mo-joe access number and a Pause, followed by the full phone number and a # at the end.

  • How do I add a Pause in the dial string?

This varies dependant on your make of phone. Visit www.mo-joe.com/access for more details.

  • Does the call take longer to dial?

If you have added the mo-joe access code into your address book dial string, a fully automated connection takes 1 or 2 seconds longer to connect.

  • Can I dial any other numbers with mo-joe?

You can dial any number with mo-joe including directory enquires & premium rate numbers. If you frequently use all of your inclusive minutes on your contract, you may even save money when calling mobiles which are not on the same network as you.

  • How good is the call quality?

The international part of the mo-joe call uses one of the best tier-1 networks in the world with perfect clarity. Obviously the call from your mobile to is subject to the same issues as any other mobile call if you have a weak signal!

  • Can I open a mo-joe account if I am not a business?

Non-business customers are welcome subject to credit status and a £25 account setup fee payable by credit card in advance. Proof of address and signature will also be required.

  • Do mo-joe accounts have a credit limit?

YES. In order to protect ourselves and our customers, all accounts are subject to an agreed credit limit. This can be reviewed up or down as necessary.

  • What happens if my mobile is stolen?

You are responsible for ALL calls made on your mobile until the loss of your mobile is reported to us.

  • Can any country be called?

Our service is available to most of the countries and islands in the world, however, we reserve the right to block any country or destination without notice.

  • Will my account always be available?

The mo-joe service is available at all times, however our customer care teams work normal weekday office hours. Your account will become blocked if your direct debit is cancelled or declined, and we will also block your account if we have any concerns about fraud, misuse, or going over your credit limit.
